Pipesnapper Welding Supply, LLC is a global marketer of welding supply products. Our mission is to introduce innovative new products to the welding industry. Our products help large construction companies, welding repair establishments, and private contracting companies, which all have operational needs dependent upon welding efficiencies, drive profit to the bottom line when using our patented clamps.
What unites all our businesses is a belief in brand-led growth, driven by an understanding of the constantly changing needs of our consumers and the ability to create products that win in the market by delivering superior performance, design and innovation.
Our Purpose and Values
We are a new and rare company that has found a way to help our customers profit by providing unique products to address critical needs in their companies. Our roots are in East Greenbush, New York. Our first products were something for which people had a real need – welding clamps that exceeded expectations of the customer. Other companies made clamps too, but our patented clamps improved the performance by creating a clamp that allow the task at hand to be completed right the first time, in half the time, with half the labor.
Today, our products follow the same model of our original welding clamp. We make things people need but through superior innovation, we improve design and performance.
We are a company that adapts and grows by upholding some lasting principles. Our culture is defined by an entrepreneurial spirit that is pervasive and intuitive. Our Growth Game Plan
Pipesnapper’s direct-to-consumer sales model will combine more traditional advertising techniques with a direct and Internet fulfillment model, creating the potential for high profitability and rapid expansion into additional markets with only minimal initial capital requirements. These channels will be supplemented by a wholesale construction supply segment which exposes our Company to a vast number of end-customers. Through its widespread acceptance, and an industry receptive to innovative technological improvements, Pipesnapper will be the leading welding clamp in the industry.

Executive Officers
David R. Bishop
President
Dave Bishop, co-founder and board member, has over thirty years experience in the maintenance and project management fields. He spent six years in the Navy as a Machinist Mate and Chemist on a nuclear powered submarine. His twenty seven years with Consolidated Edison of New York, Inc. included experience as a nuclear plant operator, and in the maintenance field was equipment testing supervisor, refueling project manager, work week manager and preventive maintenance coordinator. Then for twelve years David, as manager of mechanical services and building trades, was responsible for all maintenance and mechanical operations related to the physical plant and buildings of a premier college in New York.
Mark D. Dwileski, Jr.
Vice President for Research and Development
Mark D. Dwileski, Jr., Vice President for Research and Development, has over thirty years experience in the welding field. Mark completed a five year New York State apprenticeship in Boiler Making which introduced him to a wide spectrum of industrial welding applications. He has worked in power plants, steam facilities, paper mills, chemical plants, nuclear power plants, manufacturing plants, pipeline replacements, new construction and done custom shop fabrications. He has worked with materials ranging from steel to super alloys. This experience has fueled Mark’s passion to improve on and create new implements of his trade. After putting in over 10 years as a Boiler Maker, Mark became a principle with Bell Fab, Inc. For over sixteen years now, Mark has been the President of Northeast Precision Welding, Inc.
