Additional applications for the Pipesnapper:
 

The Ratchet Locking Pipe Alignment Clamp can be used to join pipe, or tube to any fitting desired. Below are photographs of examples of various fitting and applications which the Pipesnapper  is uniquely suited work with.

 

The Pipesnapper can be used on all corresponding tube sizes listed on the chart.

The Model 50  and Model 25  can be used on larger diameter work and for welding flat plates and structural steel.  The Mini 19 can be used when space is at a premium.

 

The Ratchet Locking Pipe Alignment Clamp can cut fit up time in half for the selected pipe sizes.

 

The Pipesnapper will be developed to handle a full range of structural pieces in the following categories:

 

• Square and rectangular tubing sizes

• All angles, channels, flats, & I-beams

• Full range of sheet clamps

• Custom sizes and shapes upon request

 

There will be a large selection of material available for the plunger clamp and for the base of the Model 50, Model 25 and  Mini 19.  Material types are etched into the base.  Traceability certificates for the material selected will be provided upon request.

 

The Pipesnapper Ratchet Locking Pipe Alignment Clamp has been developed initially in manual models, and in the near future, hydraulic models.
